Exhibition Timetable:

	SHOW CLOSES: 4pm or 7pm	NOTE The Trade Show may stay open until 7pm – subject to visitor demand. Closing times will then vary accordingly.
	Break down: 4pm to 7pm or 7pm to 9pm	All exhibits must be removed by 7pm/9pm - depending on final closure time.
	9pm HALL CLOSES

Please note, any items left unattended in the Hall from 9pm on Wednesday 27th February could be deemed as rubbish and will be thrown away.

Exhibitors should take extra care to ensure that their goods are safeguarded, particularly during build-up and breakdown, as these are extremely vulnerable times.

THE ORGANISERS CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEM(S) LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME.

Break Down:

SWEPTS 08 closes at 4pm on Wednesday 27th February 2008. (Timings will be confirmed nearer the time, as we are asking delegates / visitors to select their preferred time of arrival, when they register.)

Build Up:

Please refer to the ‘Exhibition Timetable’. It is important that you contact us if you foresee any problems in keeping to this schedule. A pack will be sent to you containing the relevant passes and instructions you require for easy access to The Matford Centre.

All stands must be finished by 7pm on Tuesday 26th February 2008. If you require to work additional hours to the times stated, please contact Nicki John (Project Manager: on 01872 864 750 ) prior to the exhibition or contact her in the Organisers Office on-site, no later than 3pm. Late workings will be subject to an additional charge.

Car Parking:

Car Parking is free of charge to all exhibitors. Car parking passes will be issued to exhibitors, before the show. Please indicate on ‘Form 1 a', the quantity of car parking passes your require.

Car parking permits are only required during the open period (27/02/08) and are valid for the duration (including build up), rather than on a daily basis.

Carpet:

If you have opted for a shell scheme, your stand will be carpeted in a RED coloured carpet. Which is in keeping with the NICEIC theme for this event.

Catering:

The Matford Centre, has a restaurant which will remain open until late afternoon Build Up day (Tuesday 26th February 2008) On the day of the exhibition (27th February 2008), all Exhibitors are permitted 1 x bacon roll and a hot drink FOC. Thereafter, catering for all exhibitors and staff will be available in the ‘Exhibitors Catering’ area, where a hot luncheon and various snacks and drinks will be available for you to purchase throughout the rest of the day.

Cleaning:

We ask you to be mindful when disposing of your rubbish. The Matford Centre’s will have skips available for your packaging materials. The official Matford Centre cleaning contractors will carry out ‘stand cleaning’ throughout the exhibition centre, commencing at 9am on the morning of the exhibition. If you have any unusually large quantities of rubbish to dispose of, then please see Nicki John (Project Manager: 01872 864 750) who will be on site over the 2 days.
